ProPlayer Health Alliance and American Sleep and Breathing Academy Sponsor Major Sleep Apnea Awareness Event January 26th in Phoenix Arizona
Phoenix, AZ (PRWEB) January 12, 2016 -- The American Sleep and Breathing Academy (ASBA) has announced their commitment to cosponsor the Pro Player Health Alliance public awareness of Obstructive Sleep Apnea event January 26 at Padre Murphy’s in Phoenix AZ. ASBA is an academy focused on providing professional education for health professionals.
ASBA diplomate dentists will be on hand to discuss the serious implications of undiagnosed and untreated obstructive sleep apnea with members of the public.

The relationship between ASBA and Proplayer Health Alliance has been a long and fruitful one. The Pro Player Health Alliance has focused for many years on bringing sleep apnea diagnosis and treatment to retired NFL players. Key to this effort has been the large number of ASBA member Drs and their staff.
Snoring, Apnea and interrupted sleep are more than an annoyance; they can be life-threating Illnesses that can lead to major health concerns. NFL players have experienced the loss of family members and team members due to untreated obstructive sleep apnea and are speaking out nationwide, urging fans and players to seek diagnosis and treatment of their sleep conditions.
