Nels J. Vulin Joins Ball Janik LLP’s Portland Office
Portland, Oregon (PRWEB) January 12, 2016 -- Nels Vulin has joined Ball Janik LLP as an associate in the firm’s Portland office. He is a member of Ball Janik’s construction group and focuses his practice in the areas of construction defect and litigation. Vulin represents residential and commercial owners in construction defect claims of all types.
Prior to joining Ball Janik, Nels Vulin practiced with another Portland firm where he defended and counseled clients in business, construction, and employment lawsuits. Vulin brings experience and passion to the firm, and takes great pride in bringing his clients quality results.
Vulin is a member of the Construction Law and Business law sections of the Oregon State Bar, and is a member the Young Lawyers Section of the Multnomah Bar Association. He is an active member of the legal community, and regularly speaks and publishes on areas of the law related to his practice.
Vulin earned his J.D. from Duke University School of Law in 2012, and his B.A in Government, magna cum laude, from Georgetown University in 2009.
