Reston, VA (PRWEB) January 13, 2016
Software testing and quality assurance company XBOSoft will host ARGO Data’s Quality Assurance (QA) Manager Mark Bentsen in a webinar titled “Are You Making These 7 ‘Testing Metric’ Mistakes? (And What To Do If You Are)” on January 20, 2016, at 11:00am PT/2:00pm ET. The live, hour-long interactive webinar will cover testing metric mistakes common to the software testing community and what can be done to fix them.
The delivery of testing metrics offers much room for mistakes - it’s important to ensure that testing teams’ results are presented as direct and meaningful information so that clients understand the work that’s been completed. Bentsen will share his insight on effective communication for sending out testing metrics for the wise test manager before sharing common mishaps, including what he calls “flash in the pan.”
Webinar participants will walk away with a better understanding of the mistakes they might be making, as well as solutions to improve their metrics and build more efficient, effective testing and QA teams. Participants will be encouraged to ask questions during the webinar to be answered live, and those questions that aren’t answered will be addressed through the XBOSoft blog.
Mark Bentsen is the QA Manager of ARGO Data, a software development company based in Richardson, Texas, that supports high-value technology and analytical software for the finance and healthcare industries. Bentsen holds certifications as a CTAL-Full, CSTE, PMP, and ASQ CMQ/OE.
