Kitchen Table Bakers, makers of the original, premium, hand-made 100% Aged Parmesan cheese crisp, will proudly debut its newly refreshed line of Mindful Munching™ ParmCrisps™ at the 2016 Winter Fancy Food Show, now made using all natural, gluten and hormone-free Parmesan cheese.

The brand’s use of hormone-free (rBST-free) cheese is another step forward in its continued commitment to delivering a safe and delicious low-calorie snack that can be enjoyed by all consumers, regardless of dietary restrictions. This change comes shortly after the company moved production of its ParmCrisps™ Minis and original Wafers to a new state-of-the-art gluten-free, nut-free and allergy friendly facility, allowing the brand complete control over quality assurance and purity of all product offerings. Kitchen Table Bakers is the only cheese crisp manufacturer in the US producing a hormone free and naturally oven-baked product in a dedicated gluten and nut-free facility.
