The annual awards have been a tradition on the website since 2012 and follow the same awardee selection process established at the start. Adhering to the tradition, the review website selected three top contenders each across three categories of awards.
The Annual Home Warranty Awards were given out in the following categories - Top Rated, Best In Customer Service & Best Regional. The awards are based on the 2015 calendar year.
American Home Shield has bagged the award for Top Rated Company, the Best In Service award was bagged by Home Service Club and finally, Landmark Home Warranty secured the Best Regional Company award. Quite surprisingly, the winners of the 2016 awards are the very same as that of last year.
