The four new communities under management are:
- Ashford Manor: a 266-unit Class B community located on the edge of Summerlin in Las Vegas. Ashford Manor was built in 1980, and the community is a mix of studios, 1 bedroom and 2 bedroom apartments. There is a resort style pool as well as freestanding garages for storage.
- Terravita: a 100-unit class B community located across from Nellis Air Force Base built in 1983. Originally built as condominiums, the property is made up of individually mapped 1 and 2 bedroom residences.
- Tropicana Del Este: a 57-unit building located in the Whitney submarket of Las Vegas. The property consists of 1 and 2 bedroom apartments with onsite management, laundry and pool.
- Oakridge Apartments: a 42-unit property located in Henderson, Nevada consisting exclusively of two-story townhomes with 2 bedrooms.
