eMindful will host renowned meditation teacher and New York Times best-selling author Sharon Salzberg for a personal live-stream event, at no charge, open to the public on Jan. 20, 2016 at 8 p.m. eastern time.

During the hour-long session, Sharon will answer live questions and address pre-submitted questions from attendees.

“We come to meditation to learn how not to act out the habitual tendencies we generally live by - those actions that create suffering for ourselves and others, and get us into so much trouble,” she said.

Sharon Salzberg is a meditation teacher and bestselling author.
