Atlanta, Chicago, Philadelphia, Phoenix, & Tulsa

"The Lincor platform helps us to serve the unique needs of our patients by providing flexibility not available with other products on the market.” - Kristin Darby, Chief Information Officer at Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA).

Lincor Solutions, headquartered in Nashville, TN, today announced it has been selected to provide patient engagement technology to Cancer Treatment Centers of America® (CTCA), a national network of five hospitals, headquartered in Boca Raton, Fla.

Lincor will provide CTCA® patients with access to communication services, entertainment content and patient education opportunities through multiple locations and devices. Building on the integrative approach to cancer treatment at CTCA, Lincor’s software and applications follow the patient through their episodes of care, connecting the patient with important clinical and personal information about their care no matter where they are located.

CTCA is excited about the new partnership and how it can impact patient satisfaction. “Our goal is to maximize the experience of each patient treating at our five hospitals across the country,” said Kristin Darby, Chief Information Officer at Cancer Treatment Centers of America (CTCA). “The digital transformation at CTCA is empowering our patients with tools that provide transparent information about their care. The Lincor platform helps us to serve the unique needs of our patients by providing flexibility not available with other products on the market.”

The flexibility and open architecture of the LincOS platform allows Lincor to focus on delivering more efficient patient workflows and customized content to educate, inform, and improve the patient experience. Caregivers and clinical staff can use real time input and feedback from patients to improve their episode of care and monitor the needs and satisfaction of a patient during their stay.

“We are excited to partner with an industry innovator such as Cancer Treatment Centers of America and to support their efforts to bring the latest technology to their patients and providers. Utilizing our LincOS platform to drive improved patient engagement, satisfaction and clinical workflows, raises the bar in how the patient experience is delivered,” said Chris Cashwell, Lincor’s President & COO.

Lincor’s LincOS platform is a powerful operating system that drives critical patient engagement tools as well as proprietary and third party applications to improve the patient experience. The platform also delivers critical non-clinical functions such as concierge services, dietary, and environmental controls.
