Hospital 100 Announces Major Additions to its Advisory Board

Four leading executives join an impressive roster of Hospital 100 board members.

Hospital 100, the premier leadership and strategy event for hospitals and health systems, has announced four new appointments to its Advisory Board. These healthcare leaders join an impressive roster of executives who are dedicated to advancing healthcare. Board members guide and support content for the conference.

The latest additions will expand the board’s scope and expertise as it continues to navigate the opportunities in healthcare. The new members are: Thomas Beeman, COO, Regional Operations, University of Pennsylvania Health System; Rear Admiral, SHCE, USN; Thomas Dandridge, CEO, Regional Medical Center of Orangeburg and Calhoun Counties; Daniel Schwartz, COO, Almost Family; Doug Smith, Regional COO, Intermountain Healthcare.

Thomas Beeman, COO Regional Operations, University of PA Health System, Rear Admiral, SHCE, USN; leads the management, coordination and integration of the system’s services outside of Philadelphia, including inpatient, ambulatory, and post-acute settings.

Thomas Dandridge is President and CEO of Regional Medical Center of Orangeburg and Calhoun Counties , a 286-bed, acute-care, regional medical center. Established in 1919, RMC has almost a century long, history of commitment to the long-term health of their community.

Daniel Schwartz is COO of Almost Family, a publicly-traded provider of home health nursing, rehabilitation and personal care services, with 253 locations in 15 states. The company owns an ACO enablement and two nursing assessment (NP) and care coordination companies utilizing direct care, coordination/collaboration and meaningful data to develop innovative ways to improve health care delivery.

Doug Smith is Regional CFO of Intermountain Healthcare, a not-for-profit health system based in Salt Lake City, Utah, with 22 hospitals, and a broad range of clinics and services.
