bb7, a comprehensive product development firm, announces the appointment of Michel Delifer to the position of Vice President of Business Development. Delifer will serve on bb7’s leadership team and will lead the growing business development team.

It didn’t take me long to realize that this man bleeds innovation; I knew he’d fit right in with our team of brilliant misfits. Once he met the team, it was clear that he was the perfect candidate: forward-thinking, positive and ambitious,” said Matt Blue, Vice President of Corporate Development. “We are truly excited to have an executive of Michel’s caliber on the team. Michel Delifer is armed with a 30+ year history of creating and implementing sales strategies and developing global markets. He has an extensive background in delivering process and software solutions to a worldwide audience, and has nurtured accounts in over 20 countries. Further, Delifer’s career also includes rich experience working in the new product development arena. He served as International Sales Director for Sopheon (software for innovation management) and as Vice President of Global Sales for Stage-Gate (innovation consulting). Innovation management, organizational development, global sales strategy and linguistics are just a few of his specialties.

Delifer has hit the ground running. He has already grown his department by 40% (and is hiring more) and has championed client-engagement activities. He is working with bb7’s Marketing Manager to lead the next bb7 event - an open house which includes an interactive seminar and workshop regarding product strategy.

“I seek to bring success to our clients and our company by following three simple steps: listen, build knowledge and repeat,” said Delifer. “My mission is to grow bb7 and to penetrate more markets.
