Criteek and Newton Running UK Partnering to Upgrade Online Shopping

Trying to find the best running shoes is hard enough, but what if someone who already ran in them was giving their opinion at the time you check out. Two leading innovators are helping shoppers have that option. Criteek.com and Newton Running are joining forces to bring shopper-generated video product reviews to online shopping.

Consumers rely on reviews to make informed purchases, but recent news reports have shoppers wondering just how much text reviews can be trusted. Criteek is putting a sense of trust back into consumer reviews by streaming reviews where reviewers appear on-camera. The new online video platform allows shoppers to create video reviews of the products they buy and gives marketers access to this authentic, mobile-friendly video content right at the point of sale.
