Allegis Global Solutions (AGS), the world’s largest privately-held talent management firm, was named as one of the top leaders in Everest Group’s 2015 MSP Provider Landscape with PEAK Matrix Report.

I am proud that AGS has been recognized as a leader in the sector and our success in adapting to the needs of the modern employer and workforce have not gone unrecognized.

The research used a comprehensive evaluation framework to examine 13 players in the global MSP market and identified them as either: Leaders, Major Contenders or Aspirants. Assessed along with 12 competitors, AGS was recognized as a Leader, the highest designation, with a commendably strong base and successful track record in North America.

In market performance, AGS outpaced most of its peers both in terms of volume spend in multiple job families and the number of clients. AGS was also noted for its breadth of contract diversity across industries.
The report classified AGS as a staffing-legacy MSP due to the company’s deep roots in the staffing industry. The company’s ability to play in the widest spectrum of markets across various engagement models was linked to giving AGS the advantage of a faster time to market in new locations.

Allegis Global Solutions’ President Chad Lane commented, “I am proud that AGS has been recognized as a leader in the sector and our success in adapting to the needs of the modern employer and workforce have not gone unrecognized. As we move into 2016 and beyond, we will tirelessly work to grow our global footprint and continue to expand our off-shore capabilities to bring best-in-class value to our clients.”

“AGS continues to demonstrate robust performance, particularly in North America where it has a strong base of operations”, said Rajesh Ranjan, partner and head, Business Process Services Research, Everest Group. “The acquisition of Talent2 has helped it spur growth prospects in the emerging Asia Pacific region.”

Everest Group collected proprietary data from 13 MSP providers, defining MSP as dealing with a minimum of four core areas and minimum contract lengths of two years. Scope of hires encompassed temporary/contingent hires, SOW consultants and independent contractors. For the study’s purposes, MSP was defined as the transfer of ownership of all or part of the management of an organization’s contingent/temporary staffing activities on an ongoing basis.
