The research used a comprehensive evaluation framework to examine 13 players in the global MSP market and identified them as either: Leaders, Major Contenders or Aspirants. Assessed along with 12 competitors, AGS was recognized as a Leader, the highest designation, with a commendably strong base and successful track record in North America.
In market performance, AGS outpaced most of its peers both in terms of volume spend in multiple job families and the number of clients. AGS was also noted for its breadth of contract diversity across industries.
The report classified AGS as a staffing-legacy MSP due to the company’s deep roots in the staffing industry. The company’s ability to play in the widest spectrum of markets across various engagement models was linked to giving AGS the advantage of a faster time to market in new locations.

Scope of hires encompassed temporary/contingent hires, SOW consultants and independent contractors. For the study’s purposes, MSP was defined as the transfer of ownership of all or part of the management of an organization’s contingent/temporary staffing activities on an ongoing basis.
