As Director of Client Services, Hilary oversees the performance of all contract recruiters and dedicated project managers assigned to On-Demand recruiting and talent pipelining projects, ensuring results and goals are met through the company’s metrics-driven approach.
With more than ten years of talent acquisition and professional recruitment experience, Hilary has effectively led and trained recruiters, while managing recruiting projects for multiple industries, including technology, healthcare, insurance, retail, and automotive. She has successfully recruited every level of talent from software developers to C-level executives.
Hilary previously served as a recruitment project manager on some of the firm’s largest client engagements throughout 2015. Prior to joining TalentRISE in that capacity, Hilary served as the Manager of Sales Training and Support for vAuto, an inventory management software provider, located in Oakbrook, IL. A published author and public speaker, Hilary earned her B.S. from the University of Kansas, Lawrence.
