Southern Vacation Rentals Marks Banner 20th Year Serving the Gulf Coast

In 2015, Southern Vacation Rentals rebranded divisions in the west, celebrated twenty years of excellence and continued to grow their number of available rentals, culminating in a prestigious award from the Florida Vacation Rental Management Association.

In conjunction with the rebrand, Southern Vacation Rentals marked 2015 with a 20th anniversary which was celebrated with a variety of promotions throughout the year. This included everything from special sales on vacation homes and condos rentals in Destin, Perdido Key, Orange Beach and other areas along the Gulf Coast to social media giveaways such as the 20 Days of Giveaways contest.
Twenty years of excellence in the industry is highlighted by Southern’s incredible property growth and overall company reach. The addition of an onsite office at Surf Dweller marks Southern’s eleventh office location, and third on Okaloosa Island. Adding to that expansion, Southern grew in overall properties managed, most notably with the addition of several luxury vacation home rentals in Gulf Shores and Scenic 30A.
In November, Southern’s year peaked when they were presented the Best Property Management Company award by the Florida Vacation Rental Management Association during their annual conference. Dedication to providing the best service possible to owners and guests allowed Southern to distinguish themselves from the competition and best nearly 100 FVRMA members from around the state in order to receive this award.
