Make presentations from and to any web-enabled device

We found a new way to share web apps and slide presentations without the need for specialized software, apps or hardware. It gives us the power to truly lead a meeting from and to any device, at our own pace.

Eyethink debuted Truecast, a better way to share your screen, with live demonstrations as seen at CES 2016, Las Vegas. Truecast is a new technology that makes your local and remote presentations easier than ever before.

“We found a new way to share web apps and slide presentations without the need for specialized software, apps or hardware. It gives us the power to truly lead a meeting from and to any device, at our own pace.” says Rich Rinsma, Principal, Eyethink.

“After being at CES, we now know that this product is truly unique in its simplicity," continues Rinsma. “We are excited to make this API available to our business customers to help them save money on proprietary hardware, avoid the hassle of software downloads and spend less time configuring remote and in-person presentations.”

Product Information

The Truecast API enables remote meetings, in-person presentations and POS/Digital Signage for on-the-fly sharing and control. Truecast can be added to your existing web apps and converted PowerPoint presentations, pdfs, and spreadsheets to create assets that can be easily shared with your audience.

Digital Signage and POS controllers can also be easily configured with the Truecast API for walk-up or remote access to networked monitors from your tablet or laptop.

The Truecast method is different from common web-casting or mirroring solutions. With Truecast, presentation files are stored in the cloud and only screen actions like clicks and drags—not full screens—are transmitted. With a direct web connection to the source, viewers see your content real time in high definition, not mirrored or broadcasted at low resolution.

Pricing and Availability

Truecast is currently available as an API that can be added to your existing presentations for on-the-fly sharing and control. Pricing includes a consulting fee for initial configuration and a flat, monthly fee per user for ongoing access. When compared to traditional hardware and software solutions and time spent configuring presentations, Truecast delivers ROI and frees users from the frustration of current screen sharing and mirroring solutions.
