Adore Creative Agency featured in Google's video of "Year in Search 2015"
Los Angeles, CA (PRWEB) January 21, 2016 -- Adore Creative’s moving and inspiring film of the 2015 Special Olympics World Games has been selected as part of Google’s “A Year in Search 2015,” an online video that explores the year’s biggest moments.
In this annual Google compilation of what the world was thinking about in 2015, Adore Creative’s Special Olympics World Games tribute joins such other 2015 historical and pop culture topics as the Syrian Refugee crisis, the Charlie Hebdo massacre, marriage equality and the latest Star Wars film.
Special Olympics World Games 2015 is held to honor and celebrate individuals with developmental disabilities and provide them with a competition that allows them to participate on a level playing field.
Adore Creative made the film following these inspiring athletes for 6 days, capturing them in ultra slo-motion to bring out the poetry of their heroism and the bravery of their endeavors. The resulting film was the centerpiece of the Closing Night Ceremonies, attended by athletes from over 100 countries.
The film also features the song “Rise Up” by up-and-coming artist Andra Day, which was subsequently nominated for a Grammy Award. Adore Creative CEO Rupert Wainwright is himself a previous Grammy winner for best longform video.
