Onboard will utilize AddressReport platform to offer new turnkey content marketing and engagement solution

This solution will be a powerful sales drive for our clients

Onboard Informatics today announced its intent to acquire AddressReport, a technology that engages visitors with dynamic local content around a property of their interest. Onboard will utilize this platform to enhance its existing service and offer clients a turnkey customer engagement solution for the first time in the company’s history. The transaction is expected to close by the end of the first quarter.

“Onboard’s mission is to continually seek ways to help our clients engage and nurture their customers using local content,” said Jonathan Bednarsh, Onboard Informatics Co-Founder and President. “AddressReport’s simple user interface and elegant output makes our data more effective for our clients. This acquisition wholly supports the Onboard mission.”

The AddressReport technology scans and interprets the hundreds of millions of data points Onboard Informatics offers. This includes school district ratings, commute statistics, crime levels, local weather, and more. The data is personalized to each user around a specific piece of property and delivered in a way that’s compelling for the end user.

"This solution will be a powerful sales driver for our clients,” said Marc Siden, Onboard Informatics Co-Founder and CEO. “The AddressReport technology supercharges our data to render the type of content marketing and engagement solutions clients are asking for.”

Onboard Informatics has been the local data supplier to some of the top brands in the United States since 2001. Clients build awareness and sales by using Onboard’s content to engage their customers.

“The public’s appetite for this type of information continues to grow,” said Bednarsh. "In early testing, the statistics we use to measure consumer interest– open rates, click-through rates, and the like – have dramatically exceeded the industry average, and we've just begun to scratch the surface of what's possible. It’s exciting.”

The solution will be a commercial tool that will harness the wide breadth of Onboard’s current data sets. They plan to release more details on the solution in the near future.

“We’re excited about what’s going to happen once we connect AddressReport’s platform with Onboard’s data,” said Kayvon Bina, AddressReport Co-Founder and President. “They possess the largest and most comprehensive repository of local data used by technology, real estate, and media companies. This will allow the AddressReport platform to do what it was designed to do - crank out dynamic, compelling information that engages.”

The terms of the acquisition were not disclosed.
