So many businesses across a wide breadth of industries already rely on Sookasa to secure their highest-priority data: customer information. Integrating with and providing security for Zendesk was a natural fit.

Cloud security company Sookasa today announced a native integration with customer relationship management platform Zendesk. As part of the integration, Sookasa also launched Zendesk Audit, which analyzes user behavior and data to mitigate security risks on the Zendesk platform. Sookasa’s integration is the first such security solution for Zendesk.
“We’re pleased to debut our integration with Zendesk,” said Asaf Cidon, CEO and co-founder of Sookasa. “So many businesses across a wide breadth of industries already rely on Sookasa to secure their highest-priority data: customer information. Integrating with and providing security for Zendesk was a natural fit.”
Sookasa, an API-based Cloud Access Security Broker, simplifies SaaS security with a holistic suite of security products that detect potential data breach risks, protect sensitive data, and enforce security policies.
With more than 64,000 paid customer accounts, Zendesk provides a customer service platform that allows organizations and their customers to easily exchange information, including personal data such as credit card numbers, addresses, and SSNs.
Sookasa’s Zendesk Audit lets businesses regain control over their data and helps safeguard customer information. Zendesk Audit provides insight into security risks and real-time activity across team accounts, including where, when, how, and between whom information is being shared. From there, Sookasa helps organizations identify anomalies, discover high-risk data being improperly stored or accessed, and detect behavior patterns. Zendesk Audit also taps into Sookasa’s advanced security platform to drive remediation and mitigate risks the moment they’re detected.
Businesses that already use Sookasa’s enterprise file sync-and-share solution can also leverage Sookasa’s encrypted upload portal, File Delivery, to securely exchange sensitive information with their customers on Zendesk.
“Zendesk has made it easier than ever for businesses to reach their customers,” Cidon said. “But they’ve lacked total visibility over those interactions, and integration in their broader security ecosystem. All that changes with our integration.”
