London School of Marketing Seeks Expansion in Botswana
Botswana (PRWEB UK) 21 January 2016 -- As an associate college of the prestigious Anglia Ruskin University, London School of Marketing (LSM) provides accredited British qualifications such as BA (Hons) in Business Management, BA (Hons) in Marketing, Master’s in Marketing and Innovation and an MBA. Highly experienced lecturers in London conduct the courses via Blended Learning through its award winning e-Learning platform.
LSM has developed an innovative approach to remove boundaries to education. The concept of Local Access Points (LAPs) was formed in early 2015, and since then the School has come a long way, building a network of more than 30 LAPs in various parts of the world.
By partnering up with institutes located all over the world, LSM allows students residing in other countries, to be able to attain a British degree at the comfort of their homes without travelling to the UK. The concept has been an immense success and LSM now has a vast number of students from different nationalities, all studying together virtually, under their trusted brand name.
The School recently held their largest convocation ceremony ever, with over 3000 international students graduating.
Continually looking to promote growth, LSM is always looking for future partnerships. LSM is now looking to venture into Botswana to expand their operations. They are looking for an entrepreneurial partner with knowledge of the local student market to provide the school with space for 10-15 computers, fast secure internet access and meeting room facilities.
Students residing in Botswana can enhance their career opportunities by studying for a British degree, since the academic excellence of British education is recognised all around the world. Furthermore, English is the most recognised language in global businesses, so students can improve their English language skills while completing their higher studies.
By enroling with LSM, students can study at the comfort of their own homes, and fly to the UK for their graduation, upon successful completion of their studies. This will save the students a considerable amount of money that would otherwise have been spent on various other expenses such as accommodation, visa and travel costs.
Andrew Brown, LAP Manager of one of their most recent LAPs in Namibia quotes: ‘’ The birth of the LAP in Windhoek was not easy, but LSM Headquarters were there for us at every step of the journey. When LSM staff came to Windhoek to train us, we were impressed by the enthusiasm, knowledge and professionalism. These characteristics carried on when we went live and we get excellent real time support no matter what issue we encounter. The support of LSM HQ is truly fantastic and they have definitely whole heartedly welcomed us to the LSM family!’’
Anton Dominique, Chief Marketing Officer at London School of Marketing shared his thoughts: ‘’There is a strong and rising need for quality higher education in Africa. Education is one of the key contributing factors to economic development in countries like Botswana, by way of improving the quality of life, bringing about technological advances and promoting entrepreneurship.
LSM has already successfully branched out to other African countries such as Namibia, South Africa and Nigeria. We are really keen on expanding to Botswana to strengthen the strong bonds Africa has with the UK.’’
