Blue Ridge Partners, a management consulting firm exclusively focused on helping companies accelerate profitable revenue growth, announced the promotion of three to new positions of client engagement leadership effective January 1, 2016.

Alex Immerman, a new Manager in New York, and Associate Managers Mike Albertini in Chicago and Kirill Samonov in Los Angeles, will manage project teams in delivering services to clients.    

Before joining the firm, Alex Immerman was involved in growth strategy consulting with two firms. He holds his undergraduate degree from Cornell University and a graduate degree from the University of Chicago.

Mike Albertini’s early career included experience in product engineering, brand management and marketing. He is a graduate of Notre Dame with an MBA from Kellogg School of Business at Northwestern University.

After graduating from Brown University, Kirill Samonov began his career as a quantitative analyst in an investment firm and then with a strategy consulting group. He subsequently joined Blue Ridge Partners four years ago.
