Come Join Neighbors for a Meet and Greet where Results Driven Boot Camps and Personal Training is at its Pinnacle
St. Petersburg, FL (PRWEB) January 22, 2016 -- The new year starts with a new location for Beyond Fitness who will have a meet and greet on Saturday, January 30, and February 1st from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., located at 9645 Bay Pines Blvd, St. Petersburg, FL 33708, across the street from the VA Hospital. This event is open to the public, so stop by to find out about our Battle Buddy Programs, Boot Camps and Personal Training.
The Meet and Greet will include raffle entries to win a free month of boot camps, personal training sessions, and a one hour sports massage. Information will also be provided about the Beyond Fitness programs that will keep new years resolutions on track.
Train like a warrior at Beyond Fitness with results driven and motivated trainers. They aren’t just trainers but also athletes that want to coach and teach how to achieve a body to show off with confidence whether the goal is to lose weight, gain muscle, or achieve improved mobility.
The Strong Fit program at Beyond Fitness stands out among its competitors as a multifaceted, results driven, and injury preventative training in a private setting or paired up with a Battle Buddy to help stay motivated and make new like-minded friends.
The Boot Camp classes are a mix of high intensity cardio and weight training that will be taught both inside and outside of the center to help burn more calories and have fun doing it. Kid Camps are also offered to help keep our kids healthy and help them stay on the competitive edge of their sports teams.
Beyond Fitness also actively works with Veterans, all Vets train for free at this fitness center. Valor Fitness has partnered up with Beyond Fitness to offer at home gyms for those Vets that are not yet ready to go into a gym. The gyms will be designed and delivered straight to their homes and a fitness program will be provided at taught.
Everyone is considered a personal client and will be given a full weight, muscle, and body fat test with a state of the art InBody Tester. Nutritional counseling will also be provided to everyone to make improvements in this journey. A nutrition club will be offered to share and get advice on staying healthy to make every workout count.
Additionally, Beyond Fitness offers injury rehabilitation, youth sports specific training, functional training, yoga, stretching, massage and much more.
