Integration of services will help increase medication adherence and drive brand messaging

Pharmaceutical services organization TrialCard has entered into a formal partnership with Manufacturer Services (RMS), a product of the National Health Information Network (NHIN.) By integrating its patient affordability offerings with the RMS suite of platforms, including PDX, Inc. pharmacy software, a sister company of NHIN, TrialCard will be helping manufacturers enhance adherence message delivery, combat prescription abandonment, and continue to build brand awareness and loyalty at the point of sale.

“We have been searching for a partner who has the capabilities, both in terms of technology and reach, to enable us to better help manufacturers own the point of sale,” said TrialCard President and CEO Mark Bouck. “Aligning with RMS gives us a pathway to directly interface with patients on our clients’ behalf to deliver their message.”

Being able to partner with a company that will produce effective and necessary drug information to reach patients in a seamless manner will significantly help us achieve our goal of patient compliance,” shared PDX Vice President of Pharmaceutical Trade Relations Steve Friedman.

The integration of TrialCard’s co-pay savings and free trial voucher offers with RMS’s technologies is scheduled to be completed in the first quarter of 2016.
