Author Sandy Loker is an RN by profession and her passion is hospice. This story came about during her grieving process after her daughter’s dog, Sniper, passed away. Dormant for over two years, she decided it was time to share this story and spread the “Good News” in a child-like world.
Illustrator Larissa Pryor is a clinical application analyst for a hospital corporation. After high school graduation, she enrolled in an art institute to become an illustrator. As a result of medical issues, she dropped out. She was excited to join Sandy Loker and fulfill her lifelong dream as an illustrator.
