ATOM Maintains 100% Delivery Success Rate in 2015; Announces Growth in Leadership Team with New Hires and a Promotion

The success rate is measured based on completion of project tasks as intended in the statement of work as well as accomplishing them within the time and budget goals as agreed upon with the client. To expand on this success the company has grown its leadership team with the hiring of three new Directors and a promotion of a Senior Manager to Director.
In a challenging year for the energy industry, ATOM improved its margins significantly over 2014 by converting staff augmentation work into company managed IT projects. ATOM announced the following additions to its management team to facilitate its growth efforts and expand its service offerings:
Stan Ziegler joins ATOM as Director, CTRM Solutions in Houston, Texas. He brings to the company over 25 years of experience providing software implementations and IT related solutions to the energy industry. Stan’s engagements have covered the spectrum of the industry including servicing producers, refiners, marketers, transporters, distributors, and banks. Stan previously worked in Deloitte’s Advisory practice in the Commodities Trading and Risk Management group. His tasks at ATOM will entail helping the company’s clients develop strategies and implement solutions in the commodities trading and risk management domain.
Jabre Yousef joins ATOM as Director, IT Solutions from Dallas/Fort Worth, Texas. He has over ten years of experience working directly for software companies in the commodities management space and has a distinguished IT career prior to that. Jabre comes to ATOM from Allegro Development Corporation where he served as a Principal Consultant. His goal at ATOM is to leverage his experiences to help customers develop IT strategy as well as to lead projects deploying emerging solutions around business intelligence, machine learning, cyber security, and mobile applications.
Maria Onufrow joins ATOM as Director, IT Solutions. Her career spans a period of over 20 years of driving delivery and excellence at energy software firms and their clients. She previously served as Director, Product Development at P2 Energy Solutions and Director of Development at Merrick Systems, as well as in product development management roles at TriplePoint Technology and SunGard Energy. Maria will provide leadership to ATOM’s project delivery teams and clients to ensure successful execution of work efforts.
Shawn Smith has been promoted to Director, Risk Solutions. Shawn previously served at ATOM as a Senior Manager of CTRM Solutions primarily providing advisory services to the company’s clients conducting risk management software implementations. He will undertake growing management responsibilities including helping shape the company’s strategic direction around service offerings and delivery. Shawn has been with ATOM since May of 2012.
