Oildex was named as a finalist in both the Sales Distinction and Customer Service categories of the 10th annual Stevie® Awards, and will ultimately receive Gold, Silver, or Bronze recognitions. Last year, Oildex was given the Bronze Stevie Award for Superior Customer Service.

This year, Oildex competed against over 2,100 nominations from organizations of all sizes and industries. Finalists were determined by the average score of 115 professionals worldwide. Entries were considered in in over 100 categories.

As a finalist in the Sales Distinction category, Oildex is recognized for becoming the market leader in financial supply chain automation for the oil and gas industry in 2015. With the acquisition of ADP’s P2P business and its OpenInvoice product, Oildex saw rapid growth through competitive displacement.

As a finalist in the Customer Service category, Oildex is recognized for its continued excellence in customer care, especially during the acquisition of ADP’s OpenInvoice. To ensure there was no disruption to product and service delivery, Oildex implemented a careful plan to not only meet but exceed overall customer experience. From account optimization teams to an enhanced Network Operations Center, Oildex is delivering world-class service to their customers.

"Oildex is sincerely honored to be recognized as a Stevie Award finalist in both categories," says Richard Slack, president and CEO of Oildex. "With the acquisition of OpenInvoice, we became the market leader with an unparalleled product portfolio to manage complex financial supply chains and support financial documents and transactions."

The awards are presented by the Stevie Awards, which organizes several of the world’s leading business awards shows including the prestigious International Business Awards and American Business Awards. The final results will be announced during a gala banquet on Friday, March 4 at the Paris Las Vegas Hotel in Las Vegas, Nevada. Finalists from the U.S.A. and several other nations are expected to attend.

More than 60 members of several specialized judging committees will determine the Gold, Silver and Bronze Stevie Award placements from among the Finalists during final judging, to begin January 25.
