Lawrence Amrhein, a native New Yorker and licensed real estate agent, is an established and respected interior designer. Demetria Harvin-Shomala comes to Rutenberg from a social services firm after the transformation of her hometown Harlem, NY piqued her interest in real estate. She now specializes in the Bronx. Demetria holds a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism from Howard University.
Porschla Kidd comes to Rutenberg with extensive knowledge in real estate after owning and managing numerous investment properties. Formerly the Executive Director of The Jason Kidd Foundation, she now devotes countless hours to promote and raise funds for various charities.
Cynthia Mazurek joins Rutenberg from Exit Landmark. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and Management from Strayer University and a Master of Public Health from New York Medical College.
Robert Barr, a licensed real estate agent, has joined Rutenberg after receiving his Bachelor’s degree from Syracuse University in Management and Marketing.
Jamal James joined Rutenberg coming from Gittens Quick Sale Realty, where he consistently met client's needs and exceeded expectations. Jamal specializes in searching for properties ranging from apartments to two family homes throughout Manhattan, Brooklyn, Queens, and the Bronx. Jamal is focused on residential and commercial real estate and developing a wide range of skill sets to better serve clients.
