Golden Gate BPO Solutions (“Golden Gate BPO”), a global provider of customer management and business process outsourcing solutions, has added a new omnichannel contact center with a current capacity of 400 workstations in Santo Domingo, Dominican Republic.
Golden Gate BPO’s further expansion in the Dominican Republic comes via an operating partnership with Call Center Pros (CCPRO), a group who entered Santo Domingo in 2012 in order to provide sales, customer support, live chat, email support and third party verification services to US-based clients.
The Santo Domingo contact center will handle inbound customer service and sales support calls, primarily in English and Spanish, originating from the United States. It will also serve as a strategic and redundant location for Golden Gate BPO’s Santiago, Dominican Republic operating company, United Nearshore Operations (“UNO”).
