"Behind The Scenes" Set to Develop Content on Solar Power, Hosted by James Earl Jones for Public Television
(PRWEB) January 28, 2016 -- Powering the world is a major concern of our times, according to some of the world's foremost energy experts. With related concerns about the environment, economic stability, public health and climate all playing into the equation, questions of how to heat homes, power computers, grow food, keep factories running and light the world are of utmost importance.
A short-form segment focusing on solar power is being developed by the award-winning team of writers, editors, videographers and producers of Behind The Scenes. Veteran actor James Earl Jones (Star Wars, Sneakers) hosts the series, which explores topics that impact modern society and business. With no agenda other than presentation of factual information and interviews with thought leaders on each subject, segments are privately-produced and independently distributed to public television stations across the nation. Segments are aired at local station discretion.
Previous content has featured former presidents, race car drivers, physicians and medical researchers, budding artists and musicians, award-winning chefs, Nobel Prize winners, renowned professors and corporate leaders. The innovative series presents well-researched information and thoughtful commentary on a wide range of subject matter. The goal is to inform, educate and explore possible solutions to vital concerns. Some of the subject matter is uplifting; some is disturbing.
Check the show's website for scheduling information. The program isn't related to PBS.
