Property Inspection App InventoryBase Launches New ‘Audio Transcription’ Service

The new service aims to provide inventory clerks and property professionals with a fast and simple concierge service for transcribing their audio dictations into a completed written report using the InventoryBase app.

The ability to speak and dictate the conditions of rooms and items throughout the property into an audio recorder and then playback at their own convenience is a huge time saver. Audio Transcript allows inventory clerks to use the built-in audio recorder or even a third party Dictaphone and then play back the audio files to themselves to write up their own reports, send the audio files to a third party to transcribe or allocate it to another InventoryBase user to work on.
