NexRev LLC Welcomes Joe Zimmerman as Chief Financial Officer

Zimmerman brings with him an extensive background in international business development, mergers and acquisitions and operations analysis for private companies, proficiencies that will assist NexRev as the company introduces new business models and expands internationally.

Zimmerman has nearly 30 years of financial management experience. Prior to joining NexRev, he was principal at Zimmerman Advisors where he led multiple projects including the integration of two multi-billion dollar gas distribution companies as well as serving as the Interim CFO of SAMBASafety, a provider of Driver Risk Management Services. While at Samba, he led the integration of a $65 million acquisition and created a cash management system and financial reporting system for the organization’s new structure.
For six years, Zimmerman was the CFO of Briggs International, an international materials handling business, where he was responsible for all financial matters in the U.S., U.K. and Mexico. During his tenure at Briggs, he led the acquisition of a $150 million materials handling business in the U.K. after which he structured and negotiated the acquisition of a $30 million materials handling business in Central and Southern Mexico.
Zimmerman received his MBA in Finance and Management from the Cox School of Business at Southern Methodist University and his Bachelor of Science in Business Administration and Accounting from Trinity University.
