Archbright Announces New President and CEO Shannon Kavanaugh
Seattle, Washington (PRWEB) January 28, 2016 -- Archbright, the go-to resource for employers in Washington and Idaho, today announced Shannon Kavanaugh was selected by the Board of Directors as the next Chief Executive Officer and President effective January 2016.
“Shannon has the leadership, strategic vision, and commitment to execution that will ensure Archbright continues to evolve and effectively address the never-ending challenges employers face every day,” stated Frank Leonard, Chairman of Archbright’s Board of Directors.

Kavanaugh succeeds Craig Nelson who recently announced his plans to retire after 30 years of service to the organization. Nelson will serve as Archbright’s Senior Advisor until his retirement in December 2016.
“After working alongside Shannon these past few years, I have seen firsthand her vision, business acumen, and unwavering commitment to helping our members effectively navigate the complexities of the workplace,” said Nelson. “She will lead the organization toward an exciting future.”
Prior to joining Archbright as Vice President, Marketing & Sales in 2013, Kavanaugh founded Go-To-Market Strategies, a national sales and marketing resource center. With a depth of experience at both tactical and strategic levels, she has been an executive leader in both product and service organizations for over 25 years. Kavanaugh is also a sales and marketing author and nationwide speaker. She holds a BA from the University of Washington.
