Join some of the world’s trailblazing women who are breaking down barriers at the Women In Strategy Summit on the 10th and 11th of March in New York.

Over two days female executives and thought-leaders from a range of global companies will gather with over 100 high-level attendees for an interactive forum. Topics discussing women in leadership, business culture, corporate strategy and innovation will be hot on the agenda with the use of engaging fireside chats, keynote presentations, panels and more.

One of the speakers who will be sharing her path to success is Justine Siegal, the first woman to coach and throw batting practice in Major League Baseball, with the Oakland Athletics and Cleveland Indians respectively. With baseball being almost exclusively male from top to bottom, what Justine has accomplished is by no means an easy feat, requiring immense drive and motivation. In her presentation “Believe in Impossible” Justine will shed light on her 20+ year journey to achieving ground-breaking history and her experiences along the way. She will speak on the challenges she has had to face, including all the no’s she’s had to endure and how these have been overcome in order to achieve her goals.

Regardless of the attendees' industry and background, they will without a doubt gain inspiration from Justine’s story and be able to utilize her experiences in their own situations. Delegates can also look forward to hearing more success stories from senior level strategy executives from organizations such as Google, UNICEF, Bloomberg, Pfizer and Macy’s amongst many others who are scheduled to speak in an exciting two day agenda.

“This unique summit will bring together the world's most dynamic female leaders, decision makers and entrepreneurs for the chance to share valuable insights, experiences and expertise” expressed Harriet Connolly, International Events Director at Innovation Enterprise. “This is the perfect opportunity to learn, connect and network with influential female executives.”
