Ward has been serving as a Healthcare Consultant to SourceLink since 2015, and has officially joined the SourceLink Strategy & Insight Team.
In the years prior to joining SourceLink, Ward served as a Healthcare Marketing Consultant, and as Director of Marketing for Cigna-HealthSpring, one of the largest Medicare Advantage providers in the country. While at Cigna-HealthSpring, she oversaw all marketing and advertising in the southeast, including direct mail, television and print - resulting in a 42% lift in sales, with 66% of sales attributed to direct marketing activities. Additionally, Ward has over 10 years prior experience in direct mail and database-driven marketing programs, making her an ideal fit for SourceLink’s customer intelligence focused marketing.
Ward joins the SourceLink team in a consultative role for prospects and clients, and in developing and executing multichannel Medicare marketing communications and brand outreach initiatives. Ward joins SourceLink’s Directors of Business Development for the Healthcare marketing team, and will work directly with SourceLink’s Chief Strategy Officer and Chief Executive Officer.

Ward serves on the Board of Directors and Executive Committee for Insight Counseling, as well as the Board of Directors for Leadership Healthcare Council. She has also served on the Board of Directors for Nashville American Marketing Association for two terms. She is a volunteer for the Special Olympics, has chaired Multiple Sclerosis fundraising events and was a Nashville Emerging Young Leader finalist for two years.
