Pantera Global Technology Announces Acquisition of ProQual Verified
Scottsdale, AZ and Dallas, TX (PRWEB) January 28, 2016 -- Pantera Global Technology, a leading provider of construction bid and project management solutions, announced today the acquisition of ProQual Verified a leading subcontractor risk mitigation firm. This marks the second acquisition for Pantera within the last year. Pantera's previous purchase of Plan Express Inc. helped solidify Pantera's leading position in the retail construction space for document management and file distribution.
Pantera's strong 2015 included another nomination as a Top Product for bid management by Constructech magazine and featured many industry firsts including the introduction of the Verified Network, a network of highly vetted subcontractors available right in a General Contractor's address book. The addition of ProQual Verified vaults Pantera to a position of leadership in the risk management and mitigation space. The two companies collaborated on the creation of the "Verified Network" a unique offering in the construction industry that collects and verifies subcontractor credentials providing substantial risk mitigation and cost savings to General Contractors.
