Toll Brothers, Inc. (NYSE:TOL) the nation's leading builder of luxury homes, today announced its newest urban community from its successful Toll Brothers City Living® division in the Washington, DC urban market. The firm has purchased a development site in Downtown Bethesda, Maryland. Located at 8008 Wisconsin Avenue, the site is bound by Woodmont and Wisconsin Avenues and the full length of Cordell Avenue. The Company's plans call for a 14-story building comprised of approximately 100 luxury condominium residences with 24/7 attended lobby, concierge services, landscaped rooftop terrace, fitness center and underground parking. Construction is anticipated to begin in the Summer of 2017, with sales projected to start in the Winter of 2017.

Construction of Union Place, another rental community, is also commencing at the intersection of 2nd and L Streets in the NoMa/H Street area of Washington, DC.
