Waypoint Partners with BOMA International to Provide Benchmarking Resources for Commercial Real Estate

Each year, BOMA International offers the most comprehensive benchmarking resources for the office and industrial sectors—the Office Experience Exchange Report (Office EER) and the Industrial Experience Exchange Report (Industrial EER)—collecting income and expense data on thousands of commercial buildings in the United States and Canada.
