Waypoint, a financial benchmarking platform for the commercial real estate industry, has partnered with the Building Owners and Managers Association (BOMA) International, the leading commercial real estate trade association, to provide benchmarking resources for the commercial real estate industry.

Each year, BOMA International offers the most comprehensive benchmarking resources for the office and industrial sectors—the Office Experience Exchange Report (Office EER) and the Industrial Experience Exchange Report (Industrial EER)—collecting income and expense data on thousands of commercial buildings in the United States and Canada. Waypoint is proud to partner with BOMA International to automate the submission process.

“Waypoint now offers an automated process for companies submitting 20 or more buildings to the EER to easily share their office and industrial data,” said Diane Vrkic, CEO of Waypoint. “In addition to eliminating the hassle of manual data gathering and saving staff time, real estate firms who leverage the Waypoint platform will be provided with greater visibility into the performance of their portfolio.”

Waypoint and BOMA International also plan to jointly develop thought leadership resources for the commercial real estate industry. “The leading provider of benchmarking information has now partnered with the leading provider of benchmarking software,” said Bob McClure, BOMA International’s Vice President of Association Services, IT and Research. “Together, we will help real estate firms to understand and successfully navigate the changing market realities.”
