Joan built her 30-year career in the telecom industry with roles in executive management, focusing on operations, manufacturing, spares management, and developing world-class product and service delivery organizations. Prior to joining Integra, Joan has had key roles at Sprint, Eastern Research, Sycamore, Motorola, and Alphion Corporation. Multi-vendor product ranges from DWDM, Optical, GPON, and CATV.
