By performing these upgrades Clients can gain visibility into elements that were not accessible in the past, perform remote maintenance and software upgrades and have the upgraded network elements on a maintenance agreement.

After these platforms are upgraded they can be monitored in real time by Integra’s Network Management organization and technicians can be dispatched if issues are detected. The information can also be provided to the Client’s NOC to be handled internally.
