Altep Inc. Achieves Relativity Best in Service Designation
El Paso, TX (PRWEB) February 04, 2016 -- Altep, Inc., a leader in e-Discovery, data forensics, and litigation support announced that, for the second year running, they have achieved kCura’s Orange-level Relativity Best in Service recognition for exceptional customer service for Relativity end users.
“Everyone at Altep is immensely proud to have earned this distinction for the second year in a row,” said Nancy Daniel, Vice President for Client Services at Altep. “This achievement demonstrates our commitment to providing our clients with the best technologies and the best user experience possible.”
To earn this distinction, Relativity Best in Service partners go through a voluntary audit, during which they must demonstrate their proficiency with hosting e-Discovery projects in Relativity. kCura then evaluates each of the partner’s data centers in three areas: technical infrastructure, customer service, and product expertise. In addition, candidates must meet a set of criteria that include experience as a hosting partner, size of Relativity installations, and core Relativity certifications.
Once these requirements and audits are complete, kCura will award either Orange or Blue “Best in Service” recognition to the partner. Both are a prestigious mark of quality, experience, and reliability; however, the Orange designation indicates additional investments in people, process, and technology to manage installations with above-average user counts.
Since 1994, Altep has been assisting corporations and law firms with complex e-Discovery and document review projects. With offices throughout the United States and in Europe, Altep’s team of data, technology, and legal experts works to identify and implement strategies and technologies that can save clients time and money, allowing them to meet their legal obligations thoroughly and efficiently. As subject matter experts in all areas of the Electronic Discovery Reference Model, the Altep team is especially proud to continue its long-standing relationship with kCura, and its tradition of excellence in Relativity-based services.
