MILWAUKEE, Wis. (PRWEB) February 05, 2016
Brady (NYSE:BRC), a global leader in industrial and safety printing systems and solutions, today announced that its brand protection business has been selected as the brand protection, anti-counterfeiting labeling supplier for Hewlett Packard Enterprise (HPE). The labels will be used on a range of authentic HPE products.
“HPE is more than great technology, but an iconic and well-established brand. Being chosen to support this company and its products is an honor and we’re looking forward to building this strong partnership,” says Russell Shaller, president of Global Identification Solutions for Brady.
Brady’s anti-counterfeiting security labels have numerous layers of authentication features built-in, such as a digital authentication tracking code that utilizes HPE’s Global Product Authentication Services (GPAS).
Brady is a foundation partner with HPE GPAS and offers this cloud-based brand protection service to its customers. GPAS enables both end-users and supply chain partners to instantly verify the authenticity of products by using their smart phones. This service also provides brand owners with supply chain tracking and real-time analytics, driven by customizable business rules engine.
“At HPE, our products are backed by a brand known for its collaborative people, empowering technology and transformative ideas,” says Joe Hendrix, Director of Global Brand Security, Hewlett Packard Enterprise. “We’re excited to partner with Brady, knowing that as a trusted and proven supplier of anti-counterfeiting solutions, they will play a key role in helping to protect our brand.”
