Introducing Unigma, a unified cloud monitoring tool, built for IT service providers. Now IT companies can extend their reach into major IaaS clouds like Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud.

“Unigma will revolutionize the way MSP’s, CSP’s and IT service providers deliver services in the cloud”, says Kirill Bensonoff, Unigma’s founder, “We looking forward to helping partners achieve their goals."

Unigma LLC is pleased to announce a beta release of Unigma, a unified cloud monitoring tool built for IT service providers. Unigma’s goal is to enable IT service providers to extend their reach further into the cloud and offer its customers a deeper, more holistic set of services. The tool, built to work major IaaS clouds such as Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure and Google Compute Engine, and features a unified solution to monitor, manage and report on end users’ clouds, from a single pane of glass.

As the cloud revolution continues, Unigma raises the bar by creating new management capabilities spanning across public cloud platforms. Recently, Kaseya recognized Unigma as one of its Technology Alliance Partners to empower MSPs to extend their services to public clouds.

With Unigma, customers can build their own dashboards in order to see real-time metrics from across multiple customers and multiple clouds. Service providers can build customer-facing and internal reports, create monitoring and alerting policies, automatically push alerts to ConnectWise, Kaseya and Autotask, and provide an experience branded to the MSP partner with their logo and subdomain.

Further, Unigma offers an around the clock network operations center (NOC) to help MSP partners who haven’t developed a cloud monitoring practice get a head start. The NOC is built to be “plug and play” into the MSPs current business model.

“Unigma will revolutionize the way MSP’s, CSP’s and IT service providers deliver services in the cloud”, says Kirill Bensonoff, Unigma’s founder, “We are proud of what Unigma delivers and are looking forward to working with our partners to help them achieve their goals of extending their services into IaaS clouds."

General availability of Unigma is scheduled for March, 2016.
