Hondros College of Business has added a new satellite location in Mayfield Heights, which is directly east of Cleveland. This new location stems from a partnership between Hondros College of Business and Indiana Wesleyan University (IWU), with the goal of providing real estate pre-licensing classes for area students. The Mayfield Heights location is the seventh Hondros College of Business location in Ohio and is located at 5885 Landerbrook Drive, Ste. 215, Mayfield Heights, OH 44124.
Classes at the Mayfield Heights location will begin on February 15. Students at this location will have the opportunity to take a three-week pre-licensing series that include courses on real estate law, finance and appraisal, among others. Also offered through this program is the Crammer Course, an intensive exam preparation course that assists students with their licensing test.
“We are excited to bring more real estate opportunities to students in the Northeastern Ohio region,” said President Tina Lapp. “There is a demand for real estate education, and our goal is to ensure that demand is met.”
Mayfield Heights will host a Career Night on February 22, during which real estate students will have the opportunity to meet with hiring companies, learn about the local market and speak with brokers about the industry. Companies interested in becoming a preferred partner and participating in the Hondros Career Nights should contact Ryan Andrew at randrew(at)hondros.com or 614-508-7270.
