Doug Ranalli, NetNumber founder and chief strategy officer, will deliver a Power Hour session entitled “Removing the Signaling Barrier to Network Evolution” at this year's GSMA Mobile World Congress (MWC). Power Hour sessions are part of the GSMA Partner Programme, which offer MWC attendees the opportunity to amplify their knowledge about the mobile industry.
