Investor Management Services, LLC announced Wednesday that a new sales office will open in Chicago, IL.

Investor Management Services, LLC, a software development company offering an array of tools aimed at helping owners of commercial real estate to manage data and communicate with investors, announced Wednesday the opening of a new sales office in Chicago. IMS hired Jim Nestbitt to head the new Chicago office and lead the company’s sales efforts in the Midwest.

Jim has more than twenty years of sales experience, including time as an area sales manager with The Regus Group, the world’s largest provider of office space. He also was a principal at Scribcor Real Estate Services, which merged with NAI Hiffman Commercial Real Estate Services in 2003 where Jim was a vice president.
