  • PACE in Colorado: Part 2: An interactive session designed for CO-based building owners and contractors to learn about the PACE program in Boulder County.
  • Residential PACE State of the Market Address

Brian McCarter, CEO of Sustainable Real Estate Solutions, Colorado’s C-PACE program’s 3rd party administrator said, “Colorado Day at the PACENation Summit will provide insight to how contractors and business owners can take advantage of the unique benefits of PACE. Fixed-rates, long-term financing to cover up to 100% of energy efficiency and renewable energy projects, and positive cash flow enable deeper, more capital intensive energy improvements. Typical projects generate positive cash flow over the useful life of the improvements which can last for up to 25 years.”
