Award-winning Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport announces two new team members to lead the banquet, catering and event services for Orlando’s premier destination gateway hotel.

Jeffrey Powell joins as executive chef of Hyatt Regency Orlando International Airport. Powell joined Hyatt in 2001 as an apprentice at the Manchester Grand Hyatt while attending the culinary program at San Diego Mesa College. After earning his nutritionist certification, Powell launched a professional career that took him across the United States with Hyatt hotels throughout California, the Hawaiian Islands, Texas and most recently, New Jersey.

With more than two decades of experience in the event services industry, Heather Eubank, CMP brings a fresh perspective in the role of director of events. She will leverage and implement new trends and opportunities while achieving superior and memorable guest experiences. She has been recognized as an event manager of the year nominee for Hyatt Hotels and Resorts and named winner in 2000. Eubank has proven ability to provide high quality service to guests with 100 percent in guest service scores year after year.

Powell and Eubank will collaborate and work in harmony for the successful planning of banquets and catering to seamlessly implement memorable experiences for all event quests.
