Local Vegetables and Organic Like Never Before
Phoenix Arizona (PRWEB) February 07, 2016 -- Arizona Urban Organic Veggie
Finding nutritious food that to enjoy is a daily battle for so many people – and one that so many are losing all too often. Eating healthy starts with keeping things natural – with organic veggies, fruits, and meats. But consistency in the organic arena is so hard to attain. Most food isn’t produced naturally and isn’t locally grown, requiring nutrition-zapping transportation that leads to an even more substandard end product. These foods are less healthy, fresh, and delicious than their organic counterparts, and those that are organic are way too expensive for the average consumer to consistently buy.
The growing will take place within the confines of our Arizona farm and available to local markets. Here are a few more reasons that make the project scalable and able to quickly build local food trust:
• Highest level of food safety and handling;
• Never use pesticides or herbicides;
• Fresh weekly vegetables year round;
• Transparent access to records and performance;
• Travel distances of less than one day.
Some impressive milestones have already been reached, including the following:
• Exclusively licensed. Under the exclusive-to-Arizona license, is a turnkey construction of the GrwoGreen Urban Farm and all of the training for operations with product market management.
• Retailers and revenues are waiting. Walmart, Kroger, Whole Foods, Sprouts, and others have produced letters of intent, securing $8 million in pre-sales interests for us right away.
Future development plans, outlined below:
1. Phoenix promotions – mutually-beneficial promotions with this massive city that feature urban growth in jobs and sustainability.
2. Arizona State outreach – R&D at Arizona State University and the Walton School of Sustainability will expand the focus on how to feed the world’s growing need for local food.
3. Produce line expansion – Over the next 10 years, there will be a twenty-fold increase in the need for local food. The GrwoGreen Urban farm help this out by expanding our varieties of growing plants and other organic vegetables.
