FMTC Launches an OPM Directory, a Comprehensive and Perpetually Updated Database of Agencies Servicing the Affiliate Marketing Space

Affiliate Marketing solution provider develops and launches industry’s first directory of outsourced program management companies.

FMTC, an affiliate marketing datafeed and content tool provider, announced that it has launched a comprehensive and perpetually updated database of outsourced program management agencies servicing the affiliate marketing space, called the OPM Directory.

The OPM Directory currently displays details for 39 agencies representing over 820 merchant affiliate programs across more than a dozen affiliate networks. The directory is arguably the most comprehensive database of information about OPMs, and to the company’s knowledge, is the first such attempt at cataloging and sharing this information.

Compiling the data for the directory was a year-long project for the company. They worked through long-standing and newly-formed relationships with agencies to collect information and make the connection between agencies and the affiliate programs they manage.

“I think that even industry insiders will be surprised to see the long list of agencies in the directory and the even longer list of programs they manage,” said Rachel Honoway, the company’s CEO. “We’re launching with around 40 OPMs in the directory, and we have another 40 lined up to be added over the next few months.”

The company plans to continue adding agencies and keeping the information about each agency and their programs up to date, with the help of agencies themselves. Managers at each OPM are able to access their program details and communicate with FMTC through an interface. Not only can they keep their details updated, but they can also manage deal content and provide additional tools and resources to affiliates, including the publishers using FMTC’s datafeeds.

“OPMs play a huge role in the affiliate marketing space. They are managing programs for many of the top brand names and creating active affiliates and successful campaigns for companies of all sizes,” said Larissa Feuerstein, FMTC’s Merchant & OPM Liaison. “We’re glad to have the opportunity to work with so many of these professionals, and happy to place a spotlight on their organizations and the high quality programs they manage.”
