Author Jin Nua uses lessons from nature to mentor readers on living a full life, in new book

Awaken includes my experience of gaining awareness in Thailand and the constructive role personal struggles has on gaining awareness

Holism, beauty and balance are qualities humans admire in nature and strive to emulate within themselves. In his new book, “Awaken,” author Jin Nua shows how human lives are directly linked to nature and how understanding this connection can bring these virtues into your life.

“Awaken” is based off Nua’s Centerpath philosophy. Centerpath is a concept designed to guide others in improving their lives by developing a heightened state of awareness of nature and their surroundings. Written with refreshingly simple language, “Awaken” provides readers with practical ways to enrich their lives.

“This book is interwoven with my personal journey,” said Nua. “Awaken includes my experience of gaining awareness in Thailand and the constructive role personal struggles has on gaining awareness.”

Nua has generated six books based off his Centerpath concepts. By sharing his own spiritual awakening experience, Nua hopes people will better understand their lives, nature, the divine and how all are interconnected.

“Mankind is poised for the next step in spiritual and cognitive evolution,” Nua said. “All that’s needed is a re-centering in nature and her harmony generating ways. Through the habits described in Awaken, a pathway to enlightened living becomes accessible.”
