- The introduction of Google Maps to improve Electronic Visit Verification, reduce driving time and make mileage calculations more accurate, especially for rural areas, new neighborhoods, and geographies outside the United States.
- Improved support for secure, on-device communication that enables caregivers to easily acknowledge notifications, such as schedule changes, without disrupting their interaction with clients and that reduces the need for back-and-forth between the caregivers and the office staff to ensure awareness of the changes.
- Streamlined and enhanced support for managing and verifying travel reimbursement.
